25/30 - Overall Design:
At first glance, this looks like a nice design, with a garish image. The colors flow well, the fonts in your images are a nice color and style to compliment the design.
15/20 - Functional:
At the center of this layout is your entry, surrounding it are a few extra little gizmos and doodads. The only thing that I can't really understand is the calendar you've stuck at the bottom of your navigation. I suggest removing it and replacing it with your tag board message form, leaving your actual tag board where it is.
5/10 - Aesthetic:
I'm not all that impressed with the graphics you use in this layout. At first glance they look nice, even polished. On closer inspection, however, there are typos in the text, and the images just don't look that great. They go nicely with the color scheme, but anyone can open an image in photoshop and hit "emboss." If you're wondering what typo I'm referring to, it's the "has" in "I keep asking myself, why did this has to happen to us?" It should be "have." To be honest, I think you could get rid of the heart-felt background image altogether, and replace it with the title of your site, instead. Probably not something you want to do, as you're obviously so hung up over an old relationship, but hey; to each. If you do decide to trash it (hooray!), it would bump up the rest of the layout, giving the entire page a much cleaner, functional look, while still appearing polished.
If you decide to replace the calendar with the tag board form, I suggest spacing out the tables remaining under your entry box. Leave a gap between them like you have between them and the entry box. I love the overlapping tables -- they look fabulous. Aside from the graphic, the rest of the design is awesome.
20/20 - Navigation:
Have I mentioned how cool the overlapping tables are? I have? They're still awesome. The navigation is flawless.
10/10 - Originality:
You designed this layout yourself, and I haven't come across anything quite like it before. With the exception of the background image, I think it's beautiful. Well done.
10/10 - Browser Compatible:
From what I can tell, this comes out nicely on browsers across the board.
