15/30 - Overall Design:
Well, from what I can see with my microscope, it's adorable. What the hell, man, what is your screen resolution? 150x125? Stop sacrificing good design just to fit a picture.
5/20 - Functional:
Hardly. The text area is 166px wide! Are you mad? On drugs? Daft? Darling, Jack might be daft, but he would never force his readers to whip out a monacle just to read each entry. Don't think for a second that this is a reflection on your dear reviewer's age or vision. Not only is she firm and young, but her vision is 20/20.

15/20 - Navigation:
Specify link colors. C'mon! You can do it! I checked your source, and evidently you did specify link color goodness; however! It does not show up at all ever in any form on any of the browsers I checked it with. If you want to be a snot and accuse me of not using our blessed holy mother of all browsers (Internet Explorer, for those of you out of the loop), I'll snot right back and say, "Yes I did, too, neener!" So there. And don't give me this "but it looks FINE in my browser with my settings on my personal computer," because we all know that's good for a fat lot of nothing.

Yeah, sure, original. Original in that trend following disney licious sort of way. You sell out.
