0/30 - Overall Design:
Could you be more self indulgent and melodramatic? Good grief. I don't know why, but you have two seperate inline scrolls, one for navigation, which sits to the left of a horrible hot pink and purple collage of various pictures of yourself. Combine that with another inline scroll for your entry text, which exceeds a 768 pixel high screen, (that means I'm scrolling a whole hell of a lot more than I want to be), in addition to Times New Roman default font in the same hot pink and purple colors on a black background, and you have yourself a tacky ass layout. Yuck.
0/20 - Functional:
No. I have to scroll everywhere, about three times more often than I want to. I am really hoping that you have a very large screen resolution. To see what I'm seeing, adjust your resolution to 1024x 768. It looks crappy, doesn't it? Now make it 800x600. Why would you do that to anyone? You cannot possibly expect people to sit around and deal with that.
0/10 - Aesthetic:
Only Barbie is allowed to have a site with that many pink and purple pictures of herself. Barbie is tacky, but she's been around so long that it's kind of redundant to say so. You, on the other hand, I have never heard of you before, so this is new and shockingly tacky.
0/20 - Navigation:
Inline scrolls are bad. They really are. They are a pain in the ass, they look ugly, and they conflict with the scroll bar already in existence on my browser. Use them only when you have a really great layout, and inline scrolls are the only way to make it work. You do not have a really great layout. Shoot, you don't even have an 'eh, it's okay' layout. Your layout sucks so bad, I almost didn't want to write this review.

Bam, full points. It looks tacky everywhere.
Total: 20/100 It sucks. It's tacky, self-involved, and uninspired. It's possibly the worst layout I have ever seen.
