20/30 - Overall Design:
In the layouts I've seen in your diary, I've noticed you have this habit of just tossing images out there, without really tying them into the design. This layout is no exception. The whole layout, in fact, is hanging out there. The basic concept is pretty good, but it could use some tweaking.
20/20 - Functional:
This is a very functional layout, and for folks who have a lot of links, a good navigation area is so important. Drop down menus, or a navigation bar just won't cut it. Well done.
5/10 - Aesthetic:
Yuck. This layout has great potential, but suck-o execution, in my opinion. I suggest making your bg color black, and your navigation table headers purple. Keep the original background color for your table background, and change your title color to light purple. That will blend your image into the background a bit more, but make snake girl herself stand out.
10/20 - Navigation:
You have a rings link... but no rings. Maybe it's some sort of minimalist statement, and I didn't get it. Just seems kind of silly, to me. Your drawings link is broken, as is your link me link.
7/10 - Originality:
I've actually seen similar designs out there, but that's most likely a coincidence.
10/10 - Browser Compatible:
Tres browser compatible. Rawk.
