25/30 - Overall Design:
It's great, except your back and forth 'smart E pants' navigation images are .bmp. You've renamed them as .gifs, though, so they upload to diaryland, but they are actually bmp. If you like, I can fix them for you, or you can do it yourself with an image editor. The reason it's an issue is because bmps really suck. They do, I'm sorry. Seriously, though, not everyone can view them, and beyond that, they really, really suck. Never use bmps. Ever. For anything except pissing people off.
20/20 - Functional:
Tres functional. Cute, too. Sometimes the navigation doesn' t show up too well; you have a transparent table for it, which is fine in most browsers, but sometimes it doesn't align properly with the bgimage so it looks strange. If you can do it without screwing up the whole layout, try making the bgcolor for the table data of your navigation table white, so that if such an overlap occurs, it doesn't look weird. You won't notice it in I.E. or most browsers, for that matter. Thus, I did not take off points.
10/10 - Aesthetic:
Very very cute. Mikey likey.
20/20 - Navigation:
Easy as pie.
10/10 - Originality:
Very original, and it compliments your username. Smart e pants. Get it? The picture..? With the pants...? Yeah, um, never mind, you probably totally knew that.
5/10 - Browser Compatible:
Some wonkiness but nothing terrible. It shows up basically across the board. the only iffiness is the text aligning with the image. No biggie.
