15/30 - Overall Design:
The basic idea is there, but your main image (presumably a picture of yourself) overlaps your navigation tables, throwing the layout off. Try resizing it, or just type width="230" in your image tag. Your head and foot images are on the choppy side. They appear to be the verdana font, so I'm not sure why you made them into images. Try using font size="6" bold to get the same effect without images, or the funky gap that header tags get.
20/20 - Functional:
I like the simplicity of the tables. It offsets your main image very well, and ties everything together.
5/10 - Aesthetic:
Simply resize your main image, and use text instead of images for your header and footer, and you're golden.
15/20 - Navigation:
All of your links work. That said, I'm not sure what crawled into your mind and died, but whatever it was, get it out, please. I really hate how your hovers are showing up on my browser. Though, I'm not sure what flip vertical filter is supposed to do, it basically jumbles the surrounding links or text, and moves the link I'm trying to click down a few pixels. Why? Do you think it's fun to be non-user friendly? I hate you. No, I'm joking; I only hate your navigation. I'm sure this was unintentional. But if it wasn't...
10/10 - Originality:
Very original, very clean. I like it very much, except for the few things listed above.
10/10 - Browser Compatible:
Entirely, unless the madness with the links was a problem with my browser, in which case, no.
