30/30 - Overall Design:
Oh my god I love it. You might consider touching up your image a little bit, (eliminating that faintly glowing top edge, making the black the same #000000 black as your background; you know, that stuff), but it's cute either way. I don't even mind the scroll bar that much. Also, you smarty pants, you didn't use image map code, (which is a total pain in the face no matter what), you just split your image into three and linked each piece. Now, what I suggest you do, though I think you already know, is cut the image into six parts and link the bottom pieces instead of each whole third. You can do it!
20/20 - Functional:
Def. Very easy to navigate and read. The scroll bar isn't even a problem, and allows all of your links to tie in nicely without disorienting the borderline retarded reader who would be disoriented by a basic layout.
10/10 - Aesthetic:
I love it. I do. It's chic, it's .. I love it. The little goth girl on the gravestones is smiling. It's cute and fun, while still being dark. You hear that you little hateful goth girls? You don't have to cry and cut your arms open and find a blood red image for your diary templates to be goth. You get me? No more of these horribly clichéd "I hurt on the inside" layouts, okay?
20/20 - Navigation:
Easy as pie. My only suggestion is integrating your navigation links to your guestbook -- but because you have the image links, it's not necessary.
