Please, call me Tweed.
25/30 - Overall Design:
I like this design. The colors are nice, and everything seems to mesh well. Not a big fan of the links, or the fact that I have to open the page more to see the whole thing.
20/20 - Functional:
This layout is way functional. In fact, I have this sneaking suspicion that you designed it to be functional. Don't deny it, I know the truth.
9/10 - Aesthetic:
I loooove this layout. The image is beautiful, and the colors go with it very well. Your text is humungo. If you slim down your text a point size or two, that will make your page a little smaller (better for the mini resolutions out there). The links are an ugly ass teal color, and you use orange stars to separate them. Why? I suspect it's because you knew I would review your diary, and wanted to taunt me with your evil linky dealies. Here's a completely optional (obviously) suggestion, seeing as I'm a hater when it comes to inline scrolls. If you combine your Van Gogh graphic with your background image, then use it as a fixed background image, you can get rid of the scroll box, and your text will just scroll next to your image. Beaut! If you consolidate your links a little, they won't scroll over the image.
20/20 - Navigation:
Easy as pie, and not too much fluff. I'm also flattered by your little review blurb. ^.^
10/10 - Originality:
From what I've seen, all of your layouts are very original, but they all follow a similar theme. I think that is awesome. A lot of diaries out there (coughcoughmine), change their layouts every other day. I think it's harder for readers to get into what someone is writing about if they're always distracted by a new layout.
10/10 - Browser Compatible:
::dances:: Way to use HTML! You can add other funky codelings later, but with a solid base, whatever you do will work beautifully.
