25/30 - Overall Design:
It's not bad. The colors are compimentary, and it's a nice cool layout. I mean cool temperature-wise, in this instance. The image is good, the text in it, as well as in the navigation is good, and you chose a nice font. Obviously, you've beta tested this a bit in other browsers, and already know that it isn't really cross-browser compatible. Pretty much the main thing that doesn't work is that your table borders don't show up, or they look really odd in everything except the latest version of I.E.
20/20 - Functional:
It's very functional, very easy to figure out upon first glance. The only time a smallish entry area would cause you a lot of problems is if you post pictures that exceed the width. Not a lot of people do that these days, though, so you have a fair amount of creative freedom.
5/10 - Aesthetic:
There is nothing wrong with it, and I think it's better than the last Jay Chou layout you did, but something about the background color doesn't appeal to me. I don't know; maybe that isn't it... it just doesn't grab me. That's just my opinion; if you love it, run with it.
20/20 - Navigation:
It all works as far as I can see, and it's very neatly organized. I love well-organized navigation. It's good stuff.
10/10 - Originality:
You always have new and original layouts.
5/10 - Browser Compatible:
Eh. You know this, already.
Total: 85/100 I just wasn't that impressed with this layout. It's not bad, and if you like it, don't change a thing. I feel you can do better as a designer, though.
