5/30 - Overall Design:
I hate it. It's the worst use of javascript I've seen in a while. Additionally, the main colors are black and white and this shade of blue. I have to give you five points for knowing your way around code... whatever that's worth. God, this is an awful, awful layout.
10/20 - Functional:
Half points. Why? well, besides my hating this layout, the navigation sucks. It's poorly organized, and you have too many irrelevant links that I cannot imagine anyone clicking. It's nice to be able to go to your site and find links that you like quickly and easily, but once you exceed a certain number just make a damn page and link that from your navigation. This is the definition of excessive. The alternative is to break up your categories a bit more. I'll go into more detail in the 'navigation' section.
0/10 - Aesthetic:
It's hideous. Your images are dull, uninspired, and redundant. All that in addition to the fact that there are 46 of them, and they change whenever I refresh the stupid page. If that weren't craptastic enough, they don't even fit in well with the layout. They just float on top of your tables with this weird random caption for every one. It's awful. I hate it. My poor darling eyes.
5/20 - Navigation:
Bad! You are a bad, bad person. Break up your navigation. You have three categories; diary, me and random. Babe, they are ALL random. Give your readers a bit more organization than the length of each link (which is currently how you're grouping them). You can do this in any number of ways, but my suggestion is to have very specific categories, such as "Contact Me" which would have your email address and your guestmap, plus any other forms of contact you would consider including. God, I can't go on. Your navigation sucks horribly.

I would give you points here, but I've seen layouts like this before. Frightening, believe me, I know.
10/10 - Browser Compatible:
Your code is fine. It's a reviewer's wet dream. Too bad your design sucks.
