15/30 - Overall Design:
It's pink. It's really very pink indeed. It's pink and red, and jesus god, how many brushes did you use? Photoshop can do other things, you know. Like drop shadow. Drop shadow really rocks. Oh shit, you used drop shadow, too. Brushes and drop shadow and lots and lots of pink.. oh my. It's like you took a look at what other people were doing and decided to try all of it at once on your diary. You're like a little girl trying on make up for the first time. It isn't good unless you've got everything up there. This layout is like Mimi's face from the Drew Carey show. All you need are some troll dolls as garnish.
10/20 - Functional:
Yeah I guess so, it's just so... pink. Really pink. With lots of extra pink.
5/10 - Aesthetic:
Well.. it's pink. And this Rachel Bilson person clearly is having a nice time having her picture taken.
5/20 - Navigation:
If the capital letters, black background, white highlights and shifting links don't freak me out and make me run screaming from this layout, then yeah, I guess your navigation is okay. I'm not masochistic, though, so I'm not about to sit here and test them.

Crap no. I wish I could give you points here, but you aren't the first girl to deck her diary out with too many brushes, some random celebrity in alluring poses, and, (for the love of god), too much pink.
