15/30 - Overall Design:
This design is half way there. In fact, everything about this layout is half way. One of the images is good, the other... not so much. The navigation would be cool, except it sucks. Everything has the potential to be awesome -- it just needs a little tweaking.
5/20 - Functional:
For some reason, you have an image layered behind your text, when you should have it as a background image. On certain browsers, having a layered image makes it impossible to click links or use scroll bars that are on top of it. Try putting this code into your css:
If you don't like how that shows up, use an image editor to make an 881 x 600px blank document, then copy the girltext image on to the left side of it, and the girl image on to the right, then upload it and link it as your background image using the code above. Note: if you do this, you will most likely need to change the image url.
5/10 - Aesthetic:
The image of the girl is great, and I really like how the scroll box looks on top of it, but the text image is too thin and choppy.
5/20 - Navigation:
Your navigation sucks. You have a drop down menu that is longer than your table allows for, so you might want to alter that code in your layout. Beyond that, the review link is broken. Durr. Fix that. You don't even link my site on the reviews page.
You have a notes link, but you don't have your notes turned on. To turn them on, click here and follow the instructions. On your archive page your navigation is very different from the one on your main page.
10/10 - Originality:
I have never seen this layout before -- in fact I'd guess it was custom made for you, as ab fun kid doesn't strike me as someone who would make a zillion different layouts for just anyone to use.
5/10 - Browser Compatible:
This probably shows up very nicely in a large number of browsers out there.. however, mine is not one of them, and thus it's impossible to read your text, as the scroll bar doesn't work because of the layered image.
