15/30 - Overall Design:
It just seems so... tortured artist/goth/I'm depressed and I cut-ish. The image blends well with the black background and the text shows up well, but.. I just don't like it.
15/20 - Functional:
I really really don't like inline scrolls. I think they look like poo. I can see why you use them, though, and they border the image perfectly. However, when you find yourself making too many sacrifices just to use a specific image, it just seems.. pointless. Find another image, go with a different layout. That's how I see it, anyway.
10/10 - Aesthetic:
It's not a bad layout, really, I mean it certainly has potential, and you have the html skill to create an awesome layout. However.. this one ain't it, so to speak. I'm giving you full points on aesthetic, because it is aesthetically pleasing in its way.
19/20 - Navigation:
Easy as pie, and it all works, but it's TINY, man! I'm not an old lady yet, but I have to lean in and stare real close to know what I'm clicking.
10/10 - Originality:
Tres original. I'm assuming the picture is of you -- if I'm not mistaken, well done. It is a cool picture, and I can understand why you'd design a layout around it.
5/10 - Browser Compatible:
It looks pretty crappy in some versions of I.E.
