15/30 - Overall Design:
I don't really understand it. It's very green, kind of a mossy moldy green, with a white table and two figures above the totally rocking navigation. The two figures appear to be restroom stylized depictions of male and female figures. Beneath the female figure, it says "ok" and beneath the male figure, it says "whore." Is it because I am supposed to infer that the male figure is really a female figure without a skirt on? At this point, I'm pretty sure I'm over analyzing. My only other suggestion is making your entry text larger, or your title smaller, (or place it above the figures). The other reason I'm not crazy about this layout is because it's just sort of floating. I suggest centering your entry table to give the layout better organization.
20/20 - Functional:
Definitely functional.
5/10 - Aesthetic:
Eh, here and there. It's very green, and out there. It is very stylized, though. I'm not crazy about the way you used that shade of green. It's a bit overbearing. Again, try centering the table and see how that looks. Your navigation, however, is wonderful. It's clever, cute, and easy to use. Keep those elements in whatever you do next.
